HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We aim to have products mailed out for shipment within a maximum of 1 business days after the order was placed. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. In case of any issue you will receive a call from us.

 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All our products are 100% original and are checked thoroughly before dispatching. However if you still want to cancel we will do it if only it is an incorrect or defective item delivered. 


You will have 1 calendar days to replace an item from the date you received it. We’ll also pay the replacement shipping costs if the replacement is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). 


To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All replacement will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us before replacing any products at support@a2zdeliveryapp.com to receive the instruction on replacing the item.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item. If your replacement is approved, we will initiate an exchange to your address. You should expect to receive your item within 1 day of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive the item more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper 1business day, the time it takes us to process your replacement once we receive it , and the time it takes for the new item to get delivered 1 business day.

HOW DOES CASHBACK WORK?

The cashback awarded will work on the basis of the type of purchase made:


1. Online Payment:

In case of online payment done during the purchase the amount will be credited back directly to your account in around 5-7 days, sometimes even earlier than this.


2. Cash on Delivery (COD):

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) the cashback will be converted back to points and a record of points will be kept against your account. It can be availed depending upon the conditions applied over the cashback.
